What reference checks will be carried out on Tenants?

Tenants will be thoroughly vetted by a third party referencing company who check for any CCJ’s, Employment references and previous landlord references.

What extra checks are made for International Students?

International students who do not have a guarantor will need to provide photo ID and pay the rent in advance with a 2 month deposit.

How are maintenance works carried out on my property?

Maintenance works will be agreed in advance unless the issue is an emergency or will cause damage if not attended to promptly, we only use reliable cost effective tradesmen who are on hand to deal with issues on a timely basis.
