FAQ's for Residential Lettings
What are the upfront costs before moving in?

Our administration fees are comprehensive and include the preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement as well as instructing an independent inventory clerk to ensure there are no deposit disputes and comprehensive credit checks.

What are the upfront costs for International Students?

International students who do not have a guarantor or sponsorship will need to pay the rent in advance with a two month deposit (also secured with the DPS)

What reference checks will be carried out?

We use a third party referencing company who will check employment, previous landlords and credit history

What happens at the end of my Tenancy Agreement?

There will also be an independent inventory check at the end of the tenancy, to again minimise any disputes and following that the deposit will be released by the Deposit Protection Service to the tenant directly.
